The redevelopment of an island block of the Knightsbridge Estate around Sloane Street, retaining Edwardian facades while creating new retail, office and residential space over a deep basement - close to Harrods and above London Underground infrastructure. Owned by the Olayan Group.
Wentworth provided construction engineering across the Knightsbridge Estate redevelopment, working with Keltbray and Skanska. We brought the retained facades, basement works and Underground interfaces into a coordinated approach to rebuilding this constrained urban block.
