Craig's engineering career spans the design and construction of stadiums, airports and tall buildings internationally. His experience includes independent reviews of tower design and buildability in the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

Having also served on the boards of major contractors, he brings a commercial understanding to technical decisions. His focus is on connecting structural design with how projects are delivered, helping clients and contractors manage risk and improve efficiency.

As Managing Director, Craig promotes an engineering culture at Wentworth that connects technical quality, sustainability and practical innovation.

Stuart leads teams that turn construction challenges into coordinated sequences, methods and engineering designs. His work brings together structural and geotechnical expertise for contractor clients.

He has more than three decades of experience across consultancy, main contracting and specialist subcontracting. Projects he has worked on include London Museum, Salisbury Square, the London Bridge station works, Tideway, Crossrail stations and the demolition of the Earls Court exhibition halls.

Stuart places particular value on collaboration: combining the experience of designers and construction teams to develop practical solutions and improve how work is delivered.

Andy heads Wentworth's design studio, working with developers and contractors throughout design and delivery. His experience of more than 25 years connects structural design, construction knowledge and sustainable development.

His career includes collaboration with major architectural practices on projects such as Soho Place, Claridge's and the Copper Box in London, as well as Torre Atrio in Bogotá and Torre BBVA in Mexico City.

Andy draws on lessons from construction to explore better design solutions, helping clients and architects realise their ideas while finding practical ways to build them.

James brings more than 20 years of international experience across towers, airports, stadiums, cultural buildings and exhibition venues. His career has taken him through the Middle East, Europe, Australia and Canada, delivering construction engineering and projects procured through design and build.

His approach links structural design to construction methods, combining sequence analysis with virtual construction to resolve difficult geometry and demanding programmes. He also brings experience in developing and mentoring engineering teams to Wentworth's Middle East practice.

Yeray specialises in bridges and structural engineering, drawing on more than 15 years of infrastructure experience. His work combines design with the planning of complex construction methods.

He has held Design Lead and Contractor's Responsible Engineer roles, bringing that experience to temporary and permanent works where technical design and practical buildability need to be considered together.

Lee's career in concrete remediation began at the British Cement Association. Over more than 35 years, he has developed expertise in investigating, testing, repairing and strengthening structures, alongside post-tensioning and specialist jacking and load-transfer work.

His experience includes power station repairs, airport infrastructure, bridge strengthening and bearing replacement, with projects in the UK and overseas. These include work at Hammersmith Flyover, Battersea Power Station and the Mersey Gateway crossing.

Lee focuses on practical interventions that extend the useful life of structures, connecting investigation and diagnosis with the design and delivery of repairs.
