“There is regular training provided depending on business needs with mentoring on the go. Very experienced directors are seated only 5m away in our open plan office and they are always happy to help.”
Senior Engineer
“Site experience will undoubtedly have a very positive influence on my future role as a designer. This is a great benefit of working for a consultancy which is part of the larger contractor group.”
Graduate Engineer
“After graduating, I found it difficult to decide where I would eventually work in engineering – contracting or consultancy. However, by joining the Keltbray group I have gained knowledge in both of these areas.”

I have worked on site for 18 months for Keltbray as a contract engineer with a great deal of responsibility and I am now working with Wentworth developing my design skills. I love the difference in the work involved and am continuing to learn here key engineering concepts in both the Structures and the Geotechnics sectors.”
