Aykon London One (also known as DAMAC Tower) at Nine Elms - a residential tower development on the South Bank near the US Embassy, developed by DAMAC with interiors by Versace Home.
Wentworth developed the demolition engineering approach for Keltbray at Aykon London One. Assessment of the varied existing buildings, including damaged structures, helped the team plan their removal and connect the enabling strategy with the groundworks for the new development.
