British Land's major Broadgate redevelopment that reworked an existing building around its retained frame - removing floors, carving new atria and adding storeys to create around 500,000 sq ft of offices above Liverpool Street station. Designed by Hopkins Architects.
Wentworth provided construction engineering for Keltbray at 100 Liverpool Street. Our assessment of the retained structure informed how floors could be removed and new spaces formed, helping the delivery team manage the building’s changing behaviour through demolition and reconstruction.
