The Silvertown Tunnel - a new twin-bore road tunnel under the Thames between the Greenwich Peninsula and Silvertown, delivered for Transport for London by the RiverLinx consortium; opened 2025.
Wentworth supported RiverLinx, Keltbray and Mammoet through construction engineering commissions on the Silvertown Tunnel. Our work centred on the launch chamber, helping the teams resolve the interfaces between tunnelling, piling and heavy transport within the proposed construction arrangements.
