Later known as the St Regis Residences, No.1 Palace Street was a super-prime residential redevelopment which saw an island block rebuilt behind five retained historic facades.
Wentworth provided retention and construction engineering at No.1 Palace Street. Working with the different ages and forms of the existing facades, we helped the team adapt its construction approach as the basement design evolved, supported by regular involvement on site.
