The redevelopment of the Quadrant 3 block on Regent Street for The Crown Estate, retaining the listed Portland stone facades of the historic Quadrant while rebuilding the interior as offices, retail and a hotel. Designed by Dixon Jones.
Wentworth combined design and site engineering for Keltbray at Quadrant 3. We brought demolition, facade retention and foundation construction into a coordinated strategy, allowing the team to plan overlapping activities within the constraints of the historic Regent Street frontage.
