One Bishopsgate Plaza - a 43-storey City of London tower combining a Pan Pacific hotel in the lower half with luxury apartments above, alongside the retained listed Devonshire House terrace. Developed by UOL Group and designed by PLP Architecture.
Wentworth provided construction engineering for Keltbray at 150 Bishopsgate. We helped the team reconcile the retained Devonshire Row buildings with the new basement, bringing structural understanding into the sequence from demolition through top-down construction.
