100 New Bridge Street

100 New Bridge Street · project visualisation

100 New Bridge Street was a major refurbishment and extension of an existing office building in the City of London, transforming a 1990s commercial property into approximately 195,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation. The project retained and enhanced much of the existing structure while adding two new storeys, extensive roof terraces, modern occupier amenities, and upgraded façades to improve energy performance and sustainability. Designed with a strong focus on circular economy principles, the development maximised material reuse and carbon reduction while delivering a high-quality, future-ready workplace in a prominent central London location.

Wentworth worked with Keltbray and Waterman on the structural interfaces at 100 New Bridge Street. Our permanent connection design and construction engineering helped reconcile the proposed alterations with the existing frame and the practical requirements of building them.
