An ambitious City of London tower (also known as the Bishopsgate Tower or 'the Helter-Skelter') by Kohn Pedersen Fox that stalled after the 2008 crash with only its concrete core stump built. The site was later redeveloped as the 278m tower 22 Bishopsgate, completed in 2020.
