The stabilisation of Temple Works in Leeds - the Grade I listed former flax mill with an Egyptian-style facade, one of Britain's most significant at-risk buildings, being conserved as part of a wider regeneration by CEG.
Wentworth supported Wates with the retention strategy for Temple Works. We combined assessment of the existing fabric with structural design, helping the team develop an intervention suited to the condition and constraints of the Grade I listed mill.
