The regeneration of the former Earls Court Exhibition Centre site, whose 1930s and 1990s halls were demolished between 2014 and 2017. The subsequent Earls Court Development Company masterplan proposed a major mixed-use quarter of homes, workspace, culture and public realm across the West London site.
Wentworth’s engagement at Earls Court spanned successive demolition and enabling packages. We brought construction engineering and an understanding of the infrastructure below to decisions about how the site was cleared and prepared, supporting delivery as the development and its constraints evolved.
