Derwent London's largest project - a mixed-use scheme at 80 Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia delivering around 320,000 sq ft of offices (subsequently Arup's London HQ), homes and affordable housing, extensively prefabricated and one of London's first large all-electric buildings. Designed by Make Architects.
Wentworth provided structural assessment and construction engineering during the redevelopment of 80 Charlotte Street. Analysis informed by load testing helped the team understand the retained frame’s capacity and plan its alteration, connecting decisions on site with the behaviour of the existing building.
