An earlier phase of the £1bn redevelopment of St Bartholomew's Hospital in Smithfield, delivering new clinical facilities on the live, heritage-constrained hospital campus. Delivered under a Skanska PFI.
Wentworth provided construction engineering for Keltbray on Barts Phase 2. We combined retention and foundation design with regular site involvement, helping the team develop the enabling works around the structural and operational constraints of the hospital campus.
