The redevelopment of Angel Court in the City of London near Bank, replacing a 1970s tower with a new 24-storey office building. Developed by Mitsui Fudosan and Stanhope and designed by Fletcher Priest Architects.
Wentworth supported Keltbray and Byrne at Angel Court through structural assessment and construction engineering. Our assessment informed how the retained frame and basement could accommodate demolition and rebuilding, helping the teams coordinate the transition to the new development.
