The demolition and reconstruction of Allerdene railway bridge, which carried the A167 over the East Coast Main Line near Gateshead, as part of the A1 Birtley to Coalhouse widening scheme.
Wentworth supported Keltbray’s works at Allerdene Bridge through construction engineering, railway assurance and attendance during possessions. We carried the proposed demolition approach from structural assessment into site delivery, responding to the demands of working beside operational transport infrastructure.
