A City of London tower development comprising a 40-storey, ~172m office tower and a lower building, occupying a full block near Bishopsgate. Developed by Brookfield and designed by Allies and Morrison with Arney Fender Katsalidis.
Wentworth provided construction engineering for Keltbray through the enabling, basement and podium works at 100 Bishopsgate. We helped the team coordinate new construction around retained facades and party walls, addressing the changing structural demands as the development progressed.
