The project at 10 King William Street involved the construction of a new office tower, partially on the site of a previously demolished building whose basement had been retained, and partially over the new Bank Station building.
Wentworth provided structural assessment and construction engineering at Bank OSD. We helped the delivery team reconcile the retained basement and station interfaces with the new building, with a further McLaren commission supporting approvals for the facade-reinstatement works.
